Details of the Case
The incident happened on August 10 at a house party in Civil Lines. The woman filed a complaint on August 11. She said the actor and his friend raped her in a washroom. She also said they filmed the act and took her phone. The actor was named as the main person who did the crime. Police are still looking for the womans phone and the video.
Police Investigation
Police took the actor for a medical test at AIIMS. They are waiting for the results. The actor was first traced to Goa but he ran away to Pune. He was found living with a friend in Pune. Police searched his home and restaurant but could not find the phones. They say the phone was last active in Civil Lines. The woman met the actor on social media some time back.
