SAMS Odisha +3 Admission 2025: Registration Deadline Extended to June 1, SEBC Quota Introduced

BHUBANESWAR, May 23 – The Odisha Higher Education Department has extended the deadline for SAMS Odisha +3 Admission 2025 registration to June 1, allowing applicants to edit details and upload marks. The revision supports implementation of a new 11.25% reservation for Socially and Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) in undergraduate admissions, starting from the 2025–26 academic session across all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Course allocation will follow a system-based method for major subjects, while minor subject and value-added course selections will occur post-admission at the HEI level, without reservation. Applications must be submitted via samsodisha.gov.in.
