Boy Slips While Fishing with Friends
The boy went out to play with his friends on Friday evening. They were fishing when he slipped and fell into the water. The strong current carried him away. NDRF teams started looking for him right away. They found the boy within hours. He was taken to JPC Hospital. But the doctors said he was already dead when he arrived.
Another Drowning Case in the Area
This is not the only drowning case in northeast Delhi this week. On the same day, a 45-year-old man also drowned. He went into the floodwater to save his cows in Garhi Mendu village.
