Background of the Case

Neeraj was 25 years old when she died. Police say Kaushalya and other family members killed her. They caught Neerajs husband Bhram Singh and another person Ram Avtar soon after. But Kaushalya escaped. She kept moving between Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. She changed her name many times to hide. In March 2023, a Delhi court said she was running from the law.

To locate and nab Kaushalya, the eastern range-II team of the crime branch used advanced technical surveillance tools, which indicated her presence in Gandhi Nagar, Delhi.

The case will now move forward in court as Kaushalya faces charges of murder, dowry death, and criminal conspiracy. Follow The Rising News for more verified updates.
