PGCET 2024: Karnataka Extends Fee Payment Deadline and Application Corrections June 24 @cetonline.karnataka.gov.in

June 24, 2024, Karnataka: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for payment of the examination fee for the PGCET 2024 exam till June 24. Candidates can choose to make corrections to their PGCET 2024 application form, like selecting their preferred exam centre, or complete the fee transaction, within this extended time period using the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea

The previous deadline for Karnataka PGCET 2024 fee payment was June 22. An official notification from the KEA stated, “The list of candidates who have not paid the fees is hosted on the KEA website.” The examination fee for each course is Rs 700. 

The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 is conducted every year to determine the eligibility of candidates for MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch courses in educational institutions in Karnataka. The PGCET 2024 exam will be conducted on July 13 and 14, with admit cards for the exam expected to be issued on July 4. Only those candidates who have successfully paid the exam fee will be able to download the PGCET 2024 admit card. 

KEA PGCET 2024: How to pay the fee?

  • Visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea 
  • Click on the “latest announcements” link on the homepage. 
  • Enter login credentials, i.e., registration details. 
  • Make the payment and submit the form. 
  • Save and download the registration form for future reference.  

 

KEA PGCET 2024: How to edit application form?

  • Visit the official website cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea 
  • Click on the admissions tab and select PGCET 2024. 
  • Now, click on the PGCET 2024 online application edit link. 
  • Login with your registration number and password. 
  • Edit the application form, pay the fee, and select the exam centre. 
  • Submit the details and save the confirmation page. 

 

KEA PGCET 2024: Exam pattern 

The exam will be a Computer-Based Test (CBT) conducted in English, with a duration of 120 minutes. It will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), totaling 100 marks. Candidates will receive one mark for every correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The question paper will be divided into four sections, and each question will have four answer options.
