Refund Policy

IGNOU ODL Admission 2024 refund policy allows for a full refund of the program fee if the application is canceled before the admission confirmation. Post-confirmation cancellations will incur a 15% deduction of the program fee, up to a maximum of Rs. 2,000. Students with fee exemptions will receive a refund of only the development fee if they cancel their registration. No refund requests will be entertained after 60 days from the admission closing date.
