The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the schedule for CA January 2026 exams. The Foundation exam will be from January 18 to 24, while Intermediate and Final exams will be from January 5 to 17, 2026.
Exam Dates and Application Process
The CA Foundation exam will be on January 18, 20, 22 and 24. Intermediate and Final exams for Group 1 and Group 2 will be from January 5 to 17. There is no exam on January 14 due to festivals. Online applications open on November 3 and close on November 16. Late applications with a fee of Rs 600 can be submitted until November 19, 2025. Students can change exam city from November 20 to 22.
Exam Timings and Fees
Foundation Paper 1 and 2 are from 2 PM to 5 PM. Paper 3 and 4 are from 2 PM to 4 PM. Intermediate and Final papers are from 2 PM to 5 PM. Fees for Indian centres are Rs 1,500 for single group and Rs 2,700 for both groups in Foundation. For Intermediate and Final, it is Rs 1,800 for single group and Rs 3,300 for both groups. Special paper fees are Rs 2,000 each.
There would be no change in the examination schedule in the event of any day of the examination schedule being declared a Public Holiday by the Central Government or any State Government / Local Bodies.
