Details of the Arrest and Investigation
Khalid was a candidate in the exam held by the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission. He allegedly took photos of three question paper pages during the test. His sister Sabia was also arrested earlier. Police say Sabia sent the leaked questions to an assistant professor named Suman to get answers. The case was first reported in Dehradun, so Dehradun police will now question Khalid.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said cheaters in exams will be punished. Police are checking how the paper was leaked even though phone jammers were used in exam centers.
