Details of the Case

A woman officer said her senior tried to get close to her without her permission. He made comments about her looks and clothes. The police first closed the case. But the trial court agreed to hear it. The senior officer said they had a good relationship. He said the woman praised his work. But the court said the womans claims cannot be ignored without a trial.
