New Rules for Management and IT Courses

UGC has made it easier for some universities to offer management, computer, and tourism courses online. Central, state, and private universities do not need approval from AICTE for these courses. But deemed universities still need AICTE approval. All institutions must follow UGCs rules on student qualifications, admission process, and course duration. They must also set up support centers for students as per UGC guidelines.

Institutions offering such courses are mandated to adhere strictly to all stipulated conditions, including seat capacity, designated academic year, and other regulatory norms.

Universities must submit admission data through the DEB Web Portal for transparency. Follow The Rising News for more verified updates.
