New Exam Format and Timeline
About 6.6 lakh students took the exams using OMR sheets. This new format is different from the old yearly exam system. The next semester exams will happen in February. Changes in Question Paper Style
The new exam format has brought changes to how questions are asked. Semester one and three exams have multiple-choice questions. These questions aim to improve students thinking and reasoning skills. Semester two and four exams will have short answer questions and longer questions. This mix helps students keep their writing skills strong. The old yearly exam system, which started in 1978, had its last exam in March this year.
