Training to Help in Emergencies
The three-day program teaches important skills for emergencies. Trainees learn how to do CPR, use special machines to restart hearts, and help people who are bleeding or hurt. Experts from NDRF taught these skills. This training is important because more people in India are having heart problems, even young people. Knowing how to help in such emergencies can save lives.
