How to Apply for UP Police SI Posts
To apply, go to uppbpb.gov.in. Click on UP Police SI Recruitment 2025 link. Make a new account. Fill the form and pay the fee. The fee is 500 rupees for general, EWS, and OBC groups. For SC and ST groups, it is 400 rupees. The last day to pay the fee is September 13, 2025. After paying, submit the form and save a copy.
Selection Process and Exam Details
The selection has two parts – a written test and a physical test. The written test has 160 questions and is for 400 marks. It has four parts – General Hindi, Basic Law and General Knowledge, Math, and Mental Skills. Each part has 40 questions. The test is for 2 hours. Those who pass the written test will have a document check and physical test. The board will decide how many candidates to call based on the number of jobs.
