Steps to Handle Student Complaints

Schools must have a box for student complaints. This box should be opened every week. A special team will look into these complaints. Schools must send reports on what they did about the complaints. The government has also banned mobile phones in schools. If found, phones will be taken and given back only to parents. These steps are to make schools safer for all students.

Failure to act against teachers displaying caste affinity or indulging in discriminatory practices would damage the school's credibility and could create tension on the campus.
