The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has started using a new way to make exam scores fair. This new method helps compare scores from different exam shifts. It makes sure that all candidates are treated equally, no matter which shift they took.

Why SSC Changed Its Score System

Sometimes exam shifts can be harder or easier. The old way of fixing scores looked at top scores and averages. Now, SSC uses a new method called equipercentile. This new way looks at how well a person did compared to others in their shift. It matches people who did equally well in different shifts. This makes it fair for everyone, even if some shifts were harder.

This way, people who had harder questions wont lose out. SSC says this new method is better at making sure everyone is judged fairly. They will keep working to make their exams fair for all.
