The NEET PG Counselling 2025 for postgraduate medical courses is expected to start in mid-October 2025. The Medical Counselling Committee will conduct the process for 50% All India Quota seats, while state authorities will manage the remaining seats.

Counselling Process and Important Dates

The counselling will be done online for MD, MS, and PG Diploma programs. Though the official schedule is not out, experts think it will begin in October. There will be four rounds of counselling – Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round. Candidates should keep checking the MCC website for the final dates. They need to register, pay fees, and upload documents to take part in the process.

Eligibility and Required Documents

To join the counselling, students must have passed MBBS and completed internship by a set date. They also need a valid NEET PG 2025 score. Important papers to keep ready are NEET PG admit card, result, MBBS degree, internship completion certificate, identity proof, and category certificate if applicable. The registration fee is different for government and private colleges. There are reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories.
