Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan met with Sara Musallam, chairperson of Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge. They talked about opening more Indian schools in UAE for Indian families living there.
Plans for More Indian Schools in UAE
Pradhan and Musallam talked about how to help Indian students in UAE. They want to open more schools that teach Indian subjects. They also want students from both countries to study in each others schools. Pradhan told Musallam about Atal Tinkering Labs in India. These labs help students be creative. Indian schools in UAE might also get Atal Innovation Labs soon.
Visit to IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi Campus
Pradhan also went to see the IIT Delhi campus in Abu Dhabi. He was happy to see how it has grown. He said IIT Delhi is very important for India and UAE to work together on learning. Pradhan looked at a digital wall that showed how IIT Delhi Abu Dhabi was built. He felt good seeing this. The minister is in UAE for two days. He wants India and UAE to work more on education.
