IIM Mumbai and Kkala have joined hands to start a new course. They will offer a one-year Postgraduate Diploma in Creative Leadership for the Performing Arts. The course will begin in June 2026 and end in May 2027.
Course Details and Goals
The new course is called Artepreneur PGDM. It is for people who want to be leaders in performing arts. The course will teach personal branding, art basics, project work, money matters, marketing, leadership, and business skills. Students will learn about theatre, music, dance, and yoga. They will also study business ideas. The aim is to help students face real-world problems with smart thinking and good people skills.

Prof. Manoj K. Tiwari, who heads IIM Mumbai, said the course will help create leaders who are caring and creative. Kailash Kher, a famous singer who started Kkala, said that performing arts can make people better leaders at work and in society. IIM Mumbai wants to make leaders who can work well in both art and business fields. This course is a big step in that direction.
