The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will start online counselling for agriculture programs on October 14. Students can register for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD courses for the 2025-26 academic year.

Registration and Counselling Process

Students can register and upload documents from October 14 at 2 pm. The last date for registration is October 17 at 11.50 pm. ICAR will do counselling in four rounds plus a mop-up round. The first seat list will come out on October 21. The second list will be on October 27. Students should go to icar.org.in to register. Seats and Programs Available

ICAR will fill 20 percent seats in 63 state farm colleges. It will fill all seats in central farm colleges. There are 6,002 seats for this year. BSc Agriculture has the most seats with 3,121.
