The Delhi High Court asked for a response from the Delhi University Students Union chief election officer. This is about a case that questions the result of the recent DUSU polls.

Court Hearing and Petition Details

Justice Mini Pushkarna told DU and others to reply to the case. Ronak Khatri, the old DUSU president, filed the case. He says the voting machines were tampered with. The court will look at the case again on December 16. Khatri wants the court to make sure DUSU elections are fair. He also wants the recent voting to be cancelled.

Claims of Voting Machine Problems

The case says there were problems with the voting machines on September 18. It claims blue ink marks were put next to Aryan Mann's name. Mann was running for president from ABVP. The case says this was done to make people vote for him. It also says when students asked officials to save the bad machines and stop voting, nothing was done. The case talks about problems at Hansraj College, Kirori Mal College, and the Law Faculty.
