The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has given new rules for registering students in Classes 9 and 11 for 2025-26. Schools must register students through the Pariksha Sangam link on the CBSE website by November 28, 2025.

Important Steps for Registration

Schools must only register real students with correct names, birth dates, and subjects. CBSE will use this information for Class 10 and 12 board exams. Schools will make a check slip for each student after registration ends. If there are mistakes, schools can fix them from November 14 to 28, 2025. After this, no changes are allowed except for students who change schools.

New Rules for Class 10 and APAAR ID

CBSE will have two board exams for Class 10 starting in 2026. This follows the new education policy from 2020. Schools must also link students APAAR IDs when they register for Classes 9 and 11. APAAR ID is a special number for each student. CBSE says these steps are very important and no extra time will be given after the last date.
