Exam Schedule Details
Class 10 exams may start on February 17 with Mathematics and end on March 19 with a language paper. Class 12 exams are planned from February 17 to April 9. Subjects like Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship are scheduled early. The board expects about 45 lakh students from India and 26 other countries to take exams in 204 subjects. Preparation and Evaluation Plans
CBSE released dates early to help students make study plans. Schools can now arrange teacher duties better. Teachers can also plan their personal time. Answer sheet checking will likely start 10 days after each exam. It should finish in 12 days. For example, if the Class 12 Physics exam is on February 20, 2026, checking may start on March 3 and end by March 15, 2026.
