What is NIPTA?

NIPTA stands for National Internship, Placement Training, and Assessment. It will help students get better at important job skills. The program will give free training videos and practice questions. How NIPTA Works

The training will take 10 to 12 weeks. Students will learn about technical subjects, math, thinking skills, and how to talk well. After that, there will be a 3-hour test. The program is for engineering students in 3rd and final year, graduates, and diploma students in final year. In early 2026, IIT Madras will share test results with companies. They will also have a big job fair to help students meet companies.
