The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) in Odisha has announced the schedule for Plus II exam form fill-up. Regular and ex-regular students of Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams can now fill up forms for the 2026 annual exams.

Schedule for Regular Students

Regular students can fill forms from October 20 to November 6. They must pay fees through SBI Collect from October 21 to November 7. Late submissions are allowed until November 19 with fines. The last date is November 19 with no extensions. Students must pay Rs 200 fine for submissions from November 10 to 14, and Rs 600 fine for November 17 to 19.

Schedule for Ex-Regular Students

Ex-regular students can fill forms without fines from October 13 to 25. They must pay fees from October 14 to 27. Late submissions are allowed until November 19 with fines. Students must pay Rs 200 fine for submissions from November 10 to 14, and Rs 600 fine for November 17 to 19. The last date to pay fees with fine is November 20.
