Mahes Panda was born blind. He grew up in a poor family. His father was a farmer. Panda studied hard and became a teacher. He teaches Odia at a school in Cuttack district since 2016. Panda got help from many people. Two local people and some groups paid for his college. His family and friends supported him a lot. He used technology to study better. Panda was very happy when he passed the exam. He wants to work for the good of Odisha state. The exam results came out on Friday. 398 people passed the test.
