Mobile gaming companies showed strong performance in August 2025. Azur Games led downloads with 117.4 million installs, while Tencent Games topped revenue charts with $552.9 million.

Top companies for game downloads

Azur Games was number one for downloads. BabyBus came second with 87.1 million. Miniclip was third with 84.1 million. Voodoo and Outfit7 rounded out the top five. My Talking Tom Friends 2 was a big hit for Outfit7. Other companies like SayGames, Supersonic Studios, and Supercent also did well. CrazyLabs, 1SOFT, Roblox, and Tencent were in the top 15 too.

Top companies for game revenue

Tencent Games made the most money with $552.9 million. Century Games was second with $207.2 million. Roblox was third with $157.7 million. Dream Games came fourth, thanks to Royal Match. FunPlus and Scopely also made over $120 million each. Playrix and Supercell did well too. Clash of Clans and Clash Royale helped Supercell a lot. Other big earners were NetEase Games, King, Microfun, Niantic, and Bandai Namco. August 2025 carried forward the momentum in the mobile gaming industry, with familiar giants holding on to their strong positions and a few publishers making subtle shifts.
