Scholarship Details and Eligibility
The scholarship gives Rs 1,000 per month for two years to selected students. It is only for single girl children, including twins. Students must have passed CBSE Class 10 in 2025 with at least 70% marks. They should be in Class 11 at a CBSE school now. The school fees should not be more than Rs 2,500 per month in Class 10 and Rs 3,000 in Class 11 and 12. For NRI students, the limit is Rs 6,000 per month. The family income should not be more than Rs 8 lakh per year.
How to Apply and Selection Process
Students must apply online on the CBSE scholarship website. They need to fill in their details and upload documents like an affidavit, fee slip, and income certificate. The school principal must verify the application. The selection is based on merit. Students need at least 70% marks in Class 10 to be considered. For renewal in Class 12, students must get at least 70% in Class 11. The scholarship continues only if the student does well in studies and has good behavior.
