In a recent Vasundhara case, his team prevented a ₹28.5 lakh property scam by detecting forged documents during routine verification. The sophisticated fraud involved manipulating property values from ₹77.5 lakh to ₹49 lakh through missing signatures and altered paperwork.
His success isn’t limited to property crimes. When a 22-year-old fabricated a robbery complaint to hide ₹3 lakh gambling debts, Srivastava’s careful examination exposed the inconsistencies, leading to confession and partial money recovery.
