Modern School, Barakhamba Road, celebrated its 105th Founder's Day on. The event honored the school's founder Lala Raghubir Singh and featured famous Sarod player Ustad Amjad Ali Khan as the chief guest.

School Showcases Student Creativity

The school put up shows about the River Chambal. These shows displayed the students' creative and technical skills. Guests saw exhibitions on different subjects. The YaRI project, started by Ms Ambika Pant, taught students about caring for nature. The Chambal Project helps students learn about the river's plants, animals, history, and how to protect it. Celebrations and Performances

The day began with a horse show and a march by NCC students. The school band played music. There was a lamp lighting ceremony and everyone sang the school song. The principal gave a speech and read the yearly report. Good students got prizes. Students performed a musical show called An Emotional Odyssey. Ustad Amjad Ali Khan talked about his school days and sang a song. The event ended with a thank you speech by Justice Mukul Mudgal.
