Expected MBBS Cut Off Rankings for 2026

Based on past years, the expected MBBS 2026 cut off rankings are: Top 500 for AIIMS, Top 5000 for central universities, Top 10,000 for good government colleges, Top 30,000 for private colleges. These numbers may change a bit each year. The cut off depends on how hard the exam is, how many seats are there, and how many students take the test.
