New Rules for Opium Farmers
Farmers who grow a lot of opium can now use a new method. This method might help them grow even more opium. But farmers who did not grow enough opium last year cannot grow it this year. The government has made it easier for small farmers to get licenses. They can now apply if they grew opium any time since 1995.
