Professor Aasim Zafar has been named the new Registrar of Aligarh Muslim University. He will take charge from September 11, 2025, replacing outgoing Registrar Mohammad Imran.
Prof Zafar's Background and Experience
Prof Zafar has taught for over 29 years. He studied Computer Science at AMU. He has written more than 100 research papers. He has also taught in Saudi Arabia.
