The Odisha Public Service Commission announced that 398 candidates passed the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2023. Priyansu Pal from Angul district got the top rank, while Ananya Mishra came second as the only woman in the top 10.
Exam Process and Results
The exam had three parts. First was the Preliminary Exam. Then came the Main Written Exam in April-May 2025. Last was the Personality Test in September 2025. Out of the total 398 who passed, 144 are women. Sovan Pattanaik got the third rank. The OPSC said the selection is not final yet. The original documents of selected candidates will be checked by the authorities who will give them jobs.
