YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme: 2,500 Plots in Noida Launching Navratri, Sizes 90-4000 sq.m.

NOIDA, July 31, 2024 — The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled a new YEIDA residential plot scheme set to launch during the Navratri festival. This initiative aims to offer approximately 2,500 plots in Noida, with sizes starting from 90 square meters, catering to a wide range of potential homeowners.

2500 YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme

  • Launching during Navratri festival
  • Around 2,500 YEIDA residential plots available
  • Plot sizes range from 90 to 4,000 square meters
  • Plots spread across Bhatta Parsaul village and Mohammadabad Kheda

Housing Opportunities in Greater Noida

Dr. Arunvir Singh, CEO of YEIDA, shared details about the YEIDA residential plot distribution:

“We’ve secured land for about 975 plots in Bhatta Parsaul village,” Dr. Singh explained. “These plots were initially part of the 2009 scheme in Sector 18 but were reassigned due to a land dispute. Additionally, we have around 700 plots available in Mohammadabad Kheda.”

The Yamuna Authority expects the number of available plots to increase as they include smaller plot sizes in the scheme.

YEIDA Residential Plot Sizes & Availability

The new YEIDA residential plot scheme offers a variety of plot sizes:

  • Starting from 90 square meters
  • Including 120 square meters plots
  • Ranging up to 4,000 square meters

This diverse range of YEIDA residential plot sizes aims to meet the needs of different homebuyers in the Greater Noida area.

Growing Demand in Noida

This new YEIDA residential plot scheme follows a successful July 5 offering that included 361 larger plots. The Yamuna Authority is now focusing on smaller plots to help more people buy land in Noida.

Development Plans for YEIDA Residential Plots

YEIDA is prioritizing internal development work in the designated sectors. This initiative aligns with the authority’s goal to enable more residents to build homes within the YEIDA area during the current financial year.

Impact on Noida’s Housing Market

The launch of this YEIDA plot scheme is significant for the Noida housing market. By offering smaller plots, YEIDA is addressing the housing needs of a broader demographic, including lower-income families who might have been excluded from previous schemes.

Resident Perspectives on YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme

Anita Sharma, a longtime Noida resident, shared her thoughts: “These affordable YEIDA residential plots make home ownership within YEIDA’s jurisdiction more accessible. It’s a chance for many families to finally own a piece of land and build their dream homes in Greater Noida.”

The YEIDA residential plot scheme launching during Navratri is a notable step toward increasing affordable housing in Noida and Greater Noida. With comprehensive planning and development, this scheme by the Yamuna Authority is poised to meet the housing needs of many aspiring homeowners in the YEIDA area.
