The National Testing Agency (NTA) has confirmed that today marks the absolute final deadline for JEE Main 2025 January session registrations, with no plans for extension. This crucial announcement affects thousands of engineering aspirants across India planning to appear for the first session of the prestigious entrance examination.

“Students must complete both registration and fee payment by today to be eligible for the January 2025 session,” emphasized an NTA official. The registration portal at jeemain.nta.nic.in will cease accepting applications after today’s deadline.

For candidates who have already submitted their applications, NTA has announced a brief correction window opening from November 26 to November 27, 2024. This two-day period will be the only opportunity for registered candidates to amend any errors in their submitted forms.

JEE Main 2025 Registration Deadline Key Dates and Schedule

The January session of JEE Main 2025 is tentatively scheduled between January 22-31, 2025. According to NTA’s timeline:

  • Exam city slip release: First week of January 2025
