The project is part of the Chief Minister’s Urban Expansion and New City Promotion Scheme, which aims to expand urban areas and improve living conditions.

Ghaziabad Development Authority Project Approval and Funding

Divisional Commissioner Approval: The proposal for this project is currently with the Divisional Commissioner. Once approved, it will be sent to the state government.

State Government Funding: The state government will cover 50 percent of the land acquisition costs, ensuring the project’s financial feasibility.

“After the proposal’s approval in the board meeting chaired by the Divisional Commissioner, it will be sent to the government. Once we receive 50% funding from the state government, we will proceed rapidly,” said Atul Vats, Vice President of GDA.
