KRAFTON India has announced big plans for BGMI esports in 2025. They will start two new big tournaments called BGMI Showdown and BGMI International Cup. Each tournament will give out 1 Crore rupees as prize money.
BGMI Showdown Details
BGMI International Cup and Campus Tour
The BGMI International Cup will happen from October 31 to November 2. It will have the top 8 Indian teams and 8 teams from Korea and Japan. This is the first time foreign teams will play in India in such a big event. KRAFTON will also start a BGMI Campus Tour in October. This tour will go to smaller cities and colleges to find new gaming talent.
The BGMI Showdown, BGMI International Cup, and Campus Tour are steps on a much larger roadmap to elevate Indias standing in global esports.
